Processing Time
All orders are handmade in small batches in Kamuela, Hawaii. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship primarily via USPS (Priority Mail or First-Class Package) within the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories). UPS is occasionally used at our discretion based on order size, weight, destination, or other shipping factors
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment (within the USA).
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We also ship to Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, Europe, and selected Asian & Pacific countries. International orders typically take 7–21 business days. Duties and taxes may apply and are collected at checkout where possible.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve it. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier once the package leaves our facility.
